Center’s Computational Facilities

The CBRC's HPC facilities and our ability to leverage our know-how in HPC paradigms are among the key distinguishing factors in the CBRC's operations. Our 19824 core (311 node) state-of-the art computational cluster, together with our 1.5 PB of storage, offer the ability to analyze large and complex datasets and facilitate the Center's research work in a wide range of biological problems. With over a dozen high-end Broadwell workstations, some with up four GPUs installed, CBRC can support analysis and development using the latest NVIDIA GPU technology.
