Research Interests

My true passion lies in the subject of information, learning, and intelligence, mostly driven by philosophical inquiries. However, similar to most philosophical questions that had arisen in the past and continue to stimulate the mind in the present, a true understanding is usually achieved by turning the field into a scientific discipline. I firmly believe in the use of rigorous methods and treatments, in accordance with the scientific method, to answer questions including those that are philosophical in essence. Not only does such an approach present significant insights into the subject, but it can often spawn important applications as well.
